Abstract
:
In this presentation a rough concept for database incorporating data from different sources like biological
signals EEG EMG, technical signals forces joint positions from an exoskeleton system as well as meta information
like subject specific data is presented. Besides these pure signals also processing schemes for analyzing
the data sources shall be stored in this database. The presentation was intended to serve as a discussion basis
on topics like what kinds of databases could be used for this purpose, what are benefits and drawbacks of
existing database structures, are there open sources variants available which fulfill all constraints like C++
and python interfaces or fast data handling.
