RIMRES: A Modular Reconfigurable Heterogeneous Multi-Robot Exploration System

This paper describes the current state of the project RIMRES1  and is meant to give an overview of the state of integration, the aspects of modularity and reconfigurability as well as the challenges still to be tackled. Within the project, a complex earth-based demonstrator system for a lunar multi-robot exploration scenario is built up, demonstrated, and evaluated.
